Sorry I didn't post yesterday! So I'll just post a longer one today :)
Yesterday we traveled from Iowa down here to Springfield. I saw the Mississippi for the first time in mt life! That river is crazy huge! It's nothing compared to our North Platte River. At all.
When we got to the fairgrounds, my mouth dropped. These fairgrounds are GIANT. The poultry house is like a castle! In one part, it's these long rows of house type buildings. A your driving/walking down the way, it looks like your walking in Italy or something. It's pretty neat!
Last night they were still running EGC in Barn 13. Got a few cool pictures, but sadly, can't upload them since I'm posting this from my phone. I barely know anyone here. It's kinda weird because last year at champs, knew almost everyone. Guess I'll make a lot of new friends!
Well it's 6:30am here, better get ready. Running Brisco in pre-champs this morning so I can get the feel of him. You won't be able to watch it live because Sharon keeps changing stuff around, so Mary doesn't have the camera e right barn :( Maybe I can teach Mom as much as possible to take pictures:)

On the road! We are in Iowa, almost to Des Moines. We are going to check out the Amana Colonies. Looks neat!
Snickers and Brisco are really tired of the drive. We have drove through 3 states, one more to go! Before today, I didn't know that Iowa had wind generators! Crazy! Wyoming is filled with them, I was really surprised to see them in Iowa.
So I brought out a ball earlier while I was taking the dogs out to pee, and Brisco was obsessive over it! It was hilarious! He loves that ball. he played and played, and played with it! He's a funny boy for sure. Insane tugger too.
Yesterday while we were on the road, I got this picture of a dead bloody squirrel. Come to find out, Edge caught it! Edge is staying with my sister, so when Edge brought it to her, she was freaked out! What's really funny is, Edge and I were playing with an AKC squirrel toy that morning.... ;) When he saw it, he must have thought it was a toy! Goofy boy.
Before I go, I want to congratulate Tori Self and Revolution for doing such an amazing job at world's! You guys rock!

LEAVING TODAY!!!!
Hi guysss! Sorry I didn't post yesterday. We were finishing packing up and then we had to go get Brisco. By the time we got back, I was tired. I went straight to bed.
But anyways...... I'M SO EXCITED. IT'S GOING TO BE SO MUCH FUN.
Today we will stay somewhere in Nebraska then head for Iowa. In Iowa, we will stay at my Aunt Nancy's till Tuesday morning. Then we'll head to Springfield!
I'm so mad I couldn't practice before we left though. Stupid rain. Hopefully when we get to Iowa, I can take the dogs out and do some obedience. I haven't got to even work Snickers in a few days :o

Ahh! Only 2 more days!
Again, I'm sitting in photography..
I can't believe I only have 2 more days! It's crazy!
Tomorrow needs to be here faster so I can go get Brisco. I'm really looking forward to bonding with Brisco tomorrow night, hopefully I can gain TONS of trust before we leave. I will try to get a picture of him and Snickers and I. It might be raining lots, so I will most likely have a shot of us in my house.. terrible quality :/

ONLY 3 MORE DAYS :)
3 more days!
I am really excited to meet all of the juniors. So far I only know of 9 others. Which is 6 more than last year! It's going to be really run.
But I'm also really looking forward to the NADAC raffle they have every year. Last year, got a crazy purple dog sculpture, love it :)
On Saturday when we get Brisco, I'm bring my best friend Jade along o she can meet him :) I'm getting adrenaline rushes because I am so excited to run 2 dogs this year!

4 More Days!
So the excitement is increasing by the second! I'm sitting here in my photography class, I'm all done with my homework.. so I'm doing this for you!
Saturday we will go to a town about 2 hours away to meet with Lindsey to get Brisco. Brisco and I will get only a couple hours that night, then 16 hours on the way to bond before nationals. I really don't want to have to sit in the RV for that long. Although it will be nice because I will have a friend traveling with us. Her name is Tiffany, she is meeting us in Nebraska to travel with us because she has no idea how to get to Springfield. I'm really excited for that part of the road trip at least ;)
I practiced with Snickers yesterday night and she did amazing! She never once broke her contacts or popped out of her weaves. SO proud! I really want her speed to get better. She needs to zoom! I noticed she did better when I was running with her at a HUGE distance and over-exaggerating my commands and the movements of my body.
I have about 2 more minutes till class gets out...Better hurry and finish this!

5 MORE DAYS :)
I created this blog because I wanted to update my friends and family everyday while I’m at NADAC Championships 2011. Although I will actually use it after nationals.
I will be competing with my wonder Border Collie, Snickers and a great friend’s Border Collie, Brisco. Lindsey was just to awesome and asked me if I would like to take Brisco and compete with him as she wouldn’t be able to make it.
This is my second year competing and I’m pretty sure I’m twice as excited compared to last year. Being only 13 and going to nationals for 2 years in a row is something that most can’t do. Getting this chance is extremely amazing.
Can you tell that I’m excited yet? If not you will be able to tell now…
I have got so many clothes packed that are purple, it’s crazy. I think I might have packed purple underwear. Snickers even has a new purple kennel, it’s huge! It’s an XL, and Snickers is a very little BC, so she enjoys herself
The upside to the 16 hour drive, is we have a new giant RV. We have so much more room compared to our class C RV. It will be a million times more comfy for the travels, and staying on site at champs.
Downside? Piles of homework. I have so much homework from every class, it’s insane.
Well I will update my new blog tomorrow, hopefully I will remember other things I didn’t include in this one. My brain is full of algebra at the moment!
